To reactivate a deactivated/graduated family or child you will need to first go to your preferences screen located under the Set Up tab. Mark the box next to “Show hidden and inactive records”, then click on the save button. Then follow the instructions for the level of access you've been assigned.
Check-in Administrators
To reactivate a famiiy or child: pull the family account up as though you were going to check them into a service. Click on the text of their family name (ex. Smith Family) if you are reactivating an entire family, or the child’s name (ex. Chase) if reactivating an individual child, both will provide a pop-up window with some basic information. Select ‘edit info’ and complete the following step, depending upon on which you are reactivating:
Reactivating Families - Select the 'Options' tab, then select the button to re-activate the family. Once you have completed this step the family should be active again.
Reactivating Child - Locate the 'Active?' field and click on the box to the left. Next, select the Save button and the child should be available again.
Reactivating Adults - To reactivate an adult you will need to follow the same instructions listed above for a family, however, instead of selecting the 'Options' tab, locate and select the adult you wish to reactivate. Once you enter the adult's account, locate the 'Active?' field and click on the box to the left. Next, select the Save button and the adult should be active again.
Member Administrators & Agents
Utilizing the Maintenance tab, select the search option for the person/family you are wanting to reactivate, enter the information into the search field, and once located select the edit button. Next, follow the steps below for reactivation:
Reactivating Families - Select the 'Options' tab, then select the button to re-activate the family. Once you have completed this step the family should be active again.
Reactivating Child - Locate the 'Active?' field and click on the box to the left. Next, select the Save button and the child should be available again.
Reactivating Adults - Locate the 'Active?' field and click on the box to the left. Next, select the Save button and the adult should be active again.
