To edit family (or child) information please follow these steps:
1. Select Family Checkin under the Registration tab, and choose the "ABC" search function.
2. Select the first letter of the family's last name, then locate and select the family.
3. Once the family is on your screen, at the top of the page you will see the family name (ex. Smith Family) with blue dashes above the name, you will also see the family members listed with the same blue dashes above each person. These dashes indicate that if you click on the text immediately below a drop-down box will appear. Click on the family, or child, name.
4. You should now see a family information box, with an "edit info" button at the bottom. Select "edit info", then, if you need to adjust the family's information, utilize the tabs at the top of the screen, however, if you need to adjust the information for an individual (adult, child, or guardian), select the person needing to be edited. Once completed be sure to click on the Save button.
Member Administrators & Agents:
1a. To edit information for one family or person, as a Member Administrator or Agent, under the Maintenance tab, select from the families, adults, or children options. This will provide you with a search tool to locate the specific person/family needing to be edited. Once the search is completed, select the edit button to open the account.
2a. After opening the account, make the adjustments needed, then select the save button.
1b. To perform a mass edit of either families, adults, or children select the appropriate option under the Maintenance tab, then select the "Edit List" button. This tool will list all the families, adults, or children in your account, and will allow you to edit a variety of data from one location.
2b. Within this tool, to save the adjustments made, simply select another field, or press the tab button on your keyboard.
