Lambslist does allow for volunteers to be checked-in. Here are the steps you will need to follow:
If you want your volunteers to check into the service that they are serving in, they will need to have a profile in Lambs List.
- If they already have a profile, make sure that the "volunteering" tab of their profile has the "Volunteer" and "Available for Check-In" checkboxes checked.
- If they do not have a profile, you will need to create one by adding a family. You can do this by selecting the "add Family" option under the registration section. Make sure that the "volunteering" tab of their profile has the "Volunteer" and "Available for Check-In" checkboxes checked.
When a service is active the volunteer is able to choose the room/group they will be working in for the day, or you can create a "Volunteer" room and have all your volunteers choose this option. Once the room is selected, the volunteer can simply select the blue circle to check-in, just as a child would be checked-in.
3. A nametag can be printed for the volunteers, and the information that will print on that label is determined on the "Labels" tab, under Set Up. Simply determine what information you would like printed on the Volunteer label, then click on Save.
