- Your name and organization
- Issue/question (be as descriptive as possible, include names, error messages, service, time error occurred, etc)
- Contact information
- Operating system/Browser (version)/Dymo Label Software (version)
Option 3: Call Technical Support
Available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Central Time, 1-800-635-3811
Our technical support associates will be glad to answer your questions, and assist you with setting up your printer, or other features, within your Lambslist account. Due to the length of time set ups can take phone support is not available on the weekend.
Option 4: Weekend/Wednesday night support
Support is available during normal church operating hours on the weekend, and Wednesday nights. Contact support by following the steps in option 2 above, and allow for up to 15 minutes as they investigate. Due to time constraints, general set-up assistance for Services, Rooms, or printers is available during normal business hours.
